Your Daily Operations

As a Route Sales Delivery Driver, you are the face of Frito-Lay in the local retail market. This is a highly active, customer-facing position where you are directly responsible for the safe delivery and beautiful merchandising of our snack products.

  • Safe Transportation: Operate a commercial box truck or step van over designated local routes, prioritizing safety and defensive driving in varied traffic environments.
  • Aggressive Merchandising: Execute highly physical, touch-freight deliveries. You will manually unload boxes of snack products, navigating tight convenience store aisles, rotating stock for freshness, and building eye-catching retail displays.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Verify delivery quantities with store managers, ensuring accurate digital invoicing and addressing any immediate customer service needs with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with retail partners to secure optimal shelf space and execute promotional product placements, driving direct sales growth for your route.

Qualifications and Total Rewards

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and an exceptional driving record (commercial driving experience is preferred but not always mandatory depending on the vehicle class). The physical ability to lift and maneuver cases of product continuously is essential.
