Essential Responsibilities

As an Aramark Route Sales Representative, you are the primary ambassador for our brand, managing a dedicated geographical territory.

• Route Management: Safely operate a commercial step van or box truck, executing a highly structured, repetitive daily route to service 30 to 50 commercial customers per day.
• Inventory Exchange: Accurately load and unload clean garments, ensuring each employee at the client's business receives their specific uniform order, while securely retrieving soiled items for laundering.
• Client Consultation: Build strong, lasting rapport with business owners and facility managers. You will address service concerns professionally and execute digital invoicing on the spot using handheld technology.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to upsell additional facility services (such as restroom supplies, first aid kits, or custom logo mats), directly increasing your commission earnings.

Qualifications and Total Rewards

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record. Exceptional customer service skills and a highly professional appearance are mandatory. You must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy bags of soiled laundry continuously.
