Position Overview

We are seeking incredibly dedicated commercial drivers to join our team as a CDL-A Grocery Delivery Driver. In this role, you will transport essential retail goods from our distribution centers directly to convenience stores and chain restaurants. This position requires a combination of safe commercial driving, heavy physical labor, and excellent customer service, making it a highly rewarding career for motivated professionals.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Operate a commercial tractor-trailer over designated routes, prioritizing safety and defensive driving in varied traffic environments.
• Freight Unloading: Execute highly physical, touch-freight deliveries. You will manually unload boxes and totes of grocery merchandise utilizing a commercial hand truck, navigating tight convenience store aisles and coolers.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Verify delivery quantities with store managers, ensuring accurate invoicing and addressing any immediate customer service needs with professionalism.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all DOT hours-of-service regulations and conduct thorough vehicle safety inspections prior to departure.
